Cooking Instructions:

1. In a large pot, combine the Seafood Boil spice mix with 65g of butter and 300ml of water.
2. Simmer over medium-low heat until the spices are fully dissolved.
3. Add the new potatoes and corn on the cob. Simmer gently for 25 minutes.
4. Add all the shellfish (lobster, crab claws, mussels, crevettes), smoked sausage, and boiled eggs to the pot.
5. Cover and steam for 5 minutes, or until everything is heated through and perfectly tender.
